The Airbus 330-243 aircraft registered A6-EYN conducted a scheduled flight as ETD474 from OMAA Abu Dhabi to WIII Jkarta. At approximately 15 minutes prior to top of descent, the aircraft experienced severe turbulence and caused serious injuries to some passengers and flight attendants. At about 07:24 UTC, the aircraft landed safely in WIII Jakarta.
