Accident to the Airbus A320 registered N760JB operated by Jetblue on 22/01/2022 at Denver

Preliminary data based on the notification from the United States authorities:

On January 22, 2022, Flight Crew operating scheduled flight 1748, were cleared for a takeoff from HDN runway 10. When the aircraft was taxing to the runway, the Crew reported to have heard an aircraft was on 10 mile final. The Crew initiated their takeoff and during their takeoff roll heard the aircraft was on final to runway 28 which was the exact opposite direction of the runway that they were taking off from. The Crew reported that they saw the other aircraft on the TCAS radar and had to do an evasive maneuver to avoid the traffic. The Crew lifted-off from runway 10 at which point the aircraft tail hit the ground (tail strike). After which the aircraft diverted to DEN as a precaution. The aircraft landed safely at DEN and initial inspections indicate abrasion type damage to multiple fuselage frames.
