On March 15, the helicopter took off from JSS.KAWASAKI IMAZYUKU. Around 10:50 a.m., while descending to unload load that was slinging outside the aircraft near the Tohoku Electric Power transmission line tower (Marumori Main Line No. 48 tower) under construction in Kawasaki Town, Shibata County, Miyagi Prefecture, a ground worker lost his balance due to the aircraft's downwash, fell off a cliff about 20 meters high.
