At 10 AM AKDT, Ft. Greely, AK. During cruise flight, AS-350 B3 (N354PA) experienced loss of left-hand sliding door resulting in contact with main rotor blades. 2 POB, no injuries. A/C made emergency landing at Ft. Greely, AK and damage reported as main rotor exclusively. A/C was operating as Part 91 flight for Pathfinder Aviation and was transitioning from Delta Junction to Anchorage.
