Preliminary data based on the notification from the Italian authorities:
The EC135 helicopter with identification marks I-LASH, initially at an altitude of 2000 ft, was observed on radar descending rapidly and then disappearing. A witness on the ground heard the helicopter hit the ground and alerted the police. Before hitting the ground, the helicopter collided with a power line at a height of approximately 12 m.
