Accident to the Airbus SE3130 registered ZU-RAJ on 10/01/2021 at Roodekoppies

Preliminary data based on the notification from the South African authorities:

During a scenic flight overflying a river, the engine went into an uncommanded shutdown. The pilot was unable to restart the engine and had executed an emergency landing which subsequently ended up into the river. The helicopter impacted the water stream with a slight left roll and had submerged.
