The PP-IVO AS350 B2 aircraft was carrying passengers. During a vertical sudden descent, approximately 7 meters above sea level, the pilot heard a loud explosion from the top of the aircraft, causing the aircraft to fall and roll over after touching down. A fire broke out, and the evacuation of all passengers on board was carried out immediately.
