Preliminary data based on the notification from the Finnish authorities:
After engine startup, the aircraft started moving forward when the wheel chocks were removed, because parking brake was not on. The right propeller hit a ground power unit, and parts of the propeller hit the fuselage piercing the surface of the aircraft.
