Preliminary data based on the notification from the Japanese authorities:

While the aircraft was descending to Tanegashima Airport, it was shaken at about 65 km NNW of Tanegashima Airport, at an altitude of about 5,000 m at around 11:18 JST, and a flight attendant was injured. Therefore, the aircraft returned to Kagoshima Airport requesting priority for ATC, and landed there at 11:45 JST.
