Accident to the ATR72 registered HK-5041 operated by Regional express Américas on 07/09/2019 at La Nubia [Investigation led by GRIAA / Colombia]

Preliminary data based on the notification from the Colombian authorities:

The aircraft ATR72 was schedule to perfom itinerary flight AV4852 from SKBO Bogota to SKMZ Manizales with 5 crew and 49 passengers. According to the initial statements, on final to RWY the aircraft had a suddenly sink on the threshold and there was a hard landing with tail strike. The aircraft landend and taxi normally to the gate. The aircraft suffered structural damage.
