Preliminary data based on the notification from the Romanian authorities:

The helicopter landed on the “Muntele Mic” area (Tarcului Mountains, Retezat Mountains - Godeanu) to inspect visually the resort skiing installation under an execution project.

Before taking-off, after the start, the pilot noticed the door warning light: open door. The pilot went out of the helicopter (engine in “flight” status - helicopter on ground) to check/close the open door. After he went out, the helicopter rolled-up. Gusts of wind contributed to this roll-over.
