The helicopter suffered an accident at the El Higuero Airport in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, the helicopter was completely destroyed, the pilot which flying alone had serious injuries, witnesses indicate that when the helicopter was approaching normal, while suddenly touch the ground very hard.
