Accident to the helicopters Airbus EC130 registered VH-XKQ et VH-XH9 operated by Seaworld helicopters on 02/01/2023 at Gold Coast

Preliminary data based on the notification from the Australian authorities:
Two helicopters collided mid-air. One helicopter subsequently collided with terrain resulting in fatal injuries to 4 POB and serious injuries to 3 POB. The other helicopter sustained substantial damage and conducted a forced landing on the beach, with 1 POB sustaining serious injuries and 5 POB sustaining minor injuries.
