Preliminary data based on the notification from the Romanian authorities:
The pilot performed a non-procedural approach that led to on-ground objects displacement that were projected close enough to vicinity traffic. Then when passengers were disembarked, the passenger on the left side involuntarily operated the collective stick, which led to the destabilization of the helicopter. The helicopter was safely returned to the ground immediately following the incident.
