Serious incident to the Airbus A319 registered CS-TTD operated by TAP on 10/10/2016 at Santiago de Compostela [Investigation led by CIAIAC / Spain]

Preliminary data based on the notification from the Spanish authorities :

The aircraft was doing a flight between Madeira and Porto. The crew performed a missed approach to runway 17 of Porto airport due to poor visibility. During his diversion route to the alternate, the crew declared Fuel Mayday after they were instructed to proceed to Santiago. The aircraft landing was uneventful.
