At time 0843UTC, ABY531 passing FL330 for FL340, position over IDEBA, pilot reported TCAS RA and stopped climb. Later on Aircraft climbed to FL340. The only traffic present was SEJ711 maintaining FL350 reciprocal to ABY531 at 05NM
