Preliminary data based on the notification from the Qatari authorities:
The aircraft took off from OTHH. After reaching about 115 nm short (at presumably about 33000 ft) from planned destination ORBI the crew decided to return back to OTHH. The reason for the decision has not been reported / conveyed however it has been reported that the aircraft did not have any technical problem. Mayday Fuel Emergency was declared 12 miles short of landing at OTHH.
