Serious incident to the Airbus A320 registered B8236 and operated by Juneyao Airlines and to the Falcon 900 registered JA8570 on 18/03/2018 at Naha [Investigation led by JTSB / Japan]

While aircraft B landed and was taxing on the runway, aircraft A taxied into the runway and was waiting under instructions from the air traffic controller. However,it began to start takeoff rolling and took off from the runway without clearance from the controller at around 18:42.
