Preliminary data based on the notification from the Taiwanese authorities:

On March 24, 2019, at about 1254L, Scoot Tigerair flight 996, A320-232, Singapore Changi Airport (WSSS) to Taiwan Taoyuan Airport (RCTP), around waypoint “Jammy” 5nm west of RCTP, FL140, had an occurrence of excessive cabin altitude during approach. Pilots donned oxygen masks and manually deployed cabin oxygen masks. Aircraft continued approach to RCTP and safely landed without further events. On board 6 crewmembers and 178 passengers were all safe.
