Serious incident to the Airbus A321 registered A6-AEF operated by Etihad on 29/01/2023 en route

Preliminary data based on the notification from the Qatari authorities:

While enroute from Abu Dhabi to Dammam at FL260, No 1 Engine Stall (along with other indications) was experienced. The aircraft diverted to Doha, initially declared PAN PAN and later at about 1815 UTC declared Mayday, landed safely at HIA on RWY 34R at about 1823 UTC.
