In-flight vibrations in engine No. 2, diversion

Preliminary data based on the notification from the Emirati authorities of the United Arab Emirates :
After departure, the flight crew observed engine No. 2 vibration, and subsequent EGT fluctuation. The flight crew set the thrust to idle. Air Traffic Control reported foreign object debris (FOD) recovered from the runway. As a precaution, (OMDW) was temporarily closed for inspection and reopened at 0700 UTC. The crew declared a PAN PAN and diverted to Sharjah International Airport (OMSJ), where the aircraft landed safely.
