Serious incident to the Airbus A330 registered TC-JOO operated by Turkish AIrlines and the Boeing 737 registered A6-FKR operated by Flydubai on 31/08/2025 en route (India)

Loss of separation between several aircrafts, en route, climbing to level 360

Preliminary data based on the notification from the Indian authorities:
At 2339 UTC, THY6380, westbound on ATS route P574 maintaining FL340, requested climb to FL360 on CPDLC to which ATC Controller responded, ‘UNABLE DUE TRAFFIC’. But THY6380 climbed to FL360 through opposite eastbound direction Traffic FBD2JQ at FL350 which has been reviewed as serious incident.
Loss of standard separation was also observed between THY6380 and QTR67P, A320, FL360 ahead (same direction) and UAE348, B77W, FL350 (opposite direction).
