Serious incident to the ATR72 registered PK-WGL operated by Wings Air on 03/08/2022 near Bali

Preliminary data based on the notification from the Indonesian authorities:

After took off both control columns vibrated. When reaching altitude of 15,000 feet and the airspeed increased to about 200 knots, the left engine vibrated and buzzing sound was heard followed by fuel feed low pressure of the left engine blinking. After parking, one of the propeller blades of the left engine was free to move.
