The helicopter took off from a temporary helipad in Toyama prefecture at 09:21 on August 3, and a cargo bucket (contents: tools, approximately 700 kg in weight) dropped from the helicopter at about 10:02 over around Kurobe city about 1,000 m in altitude during flight.
