Preliminary data based on the notification from the Italian authorities:

During an HEMS (Helicopter Emergency Medical Service) operation departed from Brescia Airport, the helicopter crew received the warning light " fire eng 02".The crew aborted the mission and in OEI (One Engine Inoperative) diverted to the nearest airport. While en route toward Montichiari the "low RPM" light came up and the crew reported the engine was not functioning properly (difficulties in maintaining the correct NR). however they managed to land safely.
