During the IMC approach for ILS 09 under PA in LOC capture mode, the avionics suite power supply was briefly cut off, resulting in the loss of inertial information (attitude, heading and positioning) and the disconnection of the PA. The rate of descent gradually increased. The captain noticed this, took control of the aircraft and corrected the trajectory using the ISI (instrumentation backup), then climbed back to a safe altitude.
