In-flight fire, emergency landing.
The BEA issues 3 safety recommendations to EASA and Piper Aircrafts
Engine failure during self-launch take-off, loss of control in initial climb, collision with ground.
The BEA issues 1 safety recommendation to EASA.
Study of the the fire breakout mechanisms including external sources of heat (lithium batteries in electronic devices or glowing cigarettes), internal ignition in the hoses or the ignition of grease and dust in the oxygen-enriched environment.
