Preliminary data based on the notification from the Indonesian authorities:

The ATR 72-500 was descending to circuit altitude (about 1,000 feet) to join left down wind circuit pattern of runway 10 and the CRJ 1000 aircraft departed using runway 10 then turn left and was climbing to altitude of 25,000 feet. Both aircraft Traffic Collision Avoidance System Resolution Advisory (TCAS RA) activated and the pilots followed the RA until clear of conflict.
