At about 14:17 JST (UTC+9) on May 12, 2026, an Aerospatiale AS332L helicopter, JA6930, operated by Aero Toyota Corporation, was conducting external-load operations near Nekomata, Unazukimachi, Kurobe City, Toyama Prefecture, Japan.
During the operation, the cargo hook contacted the helicopter, resulting in damage to the lower part of the aircraft.
