Accident to the Airbus AS350 registered VT-HCX operated by Trans Bharat on 30/10/2026 near Joshimath (India)

Preliminary data based on the notification from the Indian authorities:

The helicopter was operating a chartered flight from Badrinath to Dehradun carrying six persons on board i.e. 01 Pilot and 05 Passengers. At 1:14 IST (7:44 UTC) the Helicopter took off from Badrinath and last reported contact was near the Army post atop Hathi Pahad (hill), opposite Joshimath. Thereafter there was no contact with helicopter and later the helicopter wreckage was located near JP dam near Joshimath town in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. There was fire and the helicopter was destroyed.
