Preliminary data based on the notification from the Mexican authorities:

On February 10, 2017, at 14:43 local hour, an Agusta model A109E, serial number 11510, XA-SJC, registered to Helicopteros y Vehiculos Aereos Nacionales, S.A. de C.V., during initial climb almost half mile of flight, pilot had an loss power in both engines, after that he decide to do an emergency landing at Poza Rica Airport facilities, while on a private flight. Visual meteorological conditions prevailed at the time, and a VFR flight plan was filed. The aircraft was substantially damaged, and the certificated flight pilot and 5 passangers on board were non-injured. The flight originated at Poza Rica Airport, Veracruz, Mexico.
