During flight from SBJR to SJXY, helicopter PP-MAC collided in-flight with helicopter PR-DJJ over the Recreio dos Bandeirantes neighborhood, western zone of Rio de Janeiro. Both aircraft impacted the ground in the parking area of a vehicle facility on Avenida das Americas and were destroyed by post-impact fire.
