Brake failure whilst taxiing, collision with an aircraft and then with freight pallets

Preliminary data based on the notification from the Burmese authorities:
Regarding the abnormal aircraft movement caused by a brake system failure, the pilot of MNA XY-AML declared an emergency, signalling an urgent situation. During the incident, the aircraft veered off TWY and to the right and its wing struck an MAI aircraft (XY-ALZ) parked at Stand No-7. Following the wing strike, the XY-AML continued moving into the EPA for Stand No-6 and 7, where it subsequently collided with cargo pallets before coming to a complete stop in that Area.
