Preliminary data based on the notification from the Polish authorities:

During the approach to landing, the crew reported problems with the autopilot and flaps to ATC, but did not declare an emergency. The aircraft touched down on the runway, braked sharply, turned onto a taxiway, and came to a stop. Brief smoke emission was observed near the main landing gear wheels.
