During a controlled descent to FL210 at 300 KIAS (-1,000 fpm) within the OBBB FIR, the Airbus A320-231 experienced a TCAS Traffic Advisory followed by multiple consecutive Resolution Advisories (RAs). The Captain assumed PF duties and manually flew the required climbing maneuver using PFD guidance, while the FO notified ATC. Oxygen mask above R4C jump seat came out.
