Preliminary data based on the notification from the Colombian authorities:

During the takeoff phase, at approximately 1,500 ft AGL while executing the BAQ2H departure procedure, a yaw deviation to the left occurred, accompanied by multiple indications and alerts. Faced with this condition, the pilot proceeded to execute the "Engine Flame Out In Flight" procedure followed by the "Engine Restart" procedure, but was unable to restart the affected engine. The pilot also declared a "PAN-PAN-PAN" condition to BAQ Approach Control. While managing the situation, the pilot switched off the stick shaker due to its continuous activation. Subsequently, the pilot determined that the flap systems and the green hydraulic system were operating within normal parameters. The landing was uneventful.
