During take off roll and rotation from Napoli airport, the aircrew noted some small vibrations, deemed as not important.

After landing to Palermo Airport, the nose wheel steering was felt as harder than usual during the taxi phase to the parking stand. As soon as the aircraft reached the stand, the marshaller advised the crew about the missing of the nose wheel. Later on, the missing wheel has been found in Napoli Capodichino in a grass area, some metallic items apparently belonging to the nose landing gear left wheel retaining system, on the runway.
